Hey, I'm Zonasha Creary

As a certified Health Coach and former IT Project Management Leader, I help busy corporate women break free from burnout and build healthy, faith-rooted habits that transform their bodies, minds, and even their finances. With over 17 years in corporate leadership, I know what it feels like to carry success on the outside while struggling with stress, exhaustion, and purpose on the inside.

I combine practical wellness tools, sustainable habit building, and faith-anchored encouragement so you can feel strong in your body, secure in your finances, and confident in your calling—without the all-or-nothing mindset or overwhelm.

Why is this my passion?

Because I’ve been there.

I know what it’s like to juggle deadlines, family responsibilities, and big dreams while secretly feeling like you’re running on empty. In my corporate years, I achieved the career, the paycheck, and the titles—but I was exhausted, worried about my health, and questioning my purpose.

When my fiancé faced a serious health scare during COVID, it shook me. I realized health is too important to put last. That wake-up call led me to prioritize faith, family, fitness, and finances in a way that finally felt aligned and sustainable.

Now, as a coach, I help other women do the same—ditch burnout, reclaim their energy, and step boldly into a healthier, happier, more purpose-driven life.
